The game

Headliner is a free daily word game built from published news headlines. By playing you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the game at any time. Headlines are shown for gameplay and link to their original publishers; all rights in the underlying articles remain with them.

Fair play

• Don't attack the service — no probing, overloading, or circumventing its rate limits or security measures.
• Don't use bots or scripts to play or to scrape puzzle answers.
• Don't violate any law that applies to you.

No warranty, limited liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSINT AI Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the game, and our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed US$10 (the game is free). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act rather than in court (small-claims court excepted), in a Washington State venue — and both you and OSINT AI Labs LLC waive the right to bring or participate in a class or representative action. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
